The Wapello County Historical Society & Museum maintains several spaces on museum grounds for the community to rent and host their meetings, events, and celebrations. Be sure to reserve one of these historic settings to host your event today!
Historic Railroad Clubhouse
The clubhouse has a 25-foot by 50-foot room. It comes with an ADA bathroom, kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, and sink, along with a walk-in closet for coats. The space also has 15 eight-foot tables, 120 padded chairs, and audio/visual equipment such as an LCD projector and pull-down screen.
All events are $35/hour, with a refundable $100 deposit after checkout. The deposit is returned once the clubhouse is inspected with no damage identified. Beer and wine are allowed, but liquor is not. There is no smoking on property. The clubhouse does have heating and cooling.

$35.oo per hour + $100 deposit (100% due at the time of the booking)
Deposit is returned following inspection post-event.

Musuem Conference Meeting Room
The Museums Conference Meeting Room, located in the heart of the museum, offers space for your office, workshops, and meetings while surrounded in rich and engaging history of the community.
The room is equipped with Wi-Fi access, LCD projector and screen, lectern, 16 chairs, Six 6-foot tables, and additional tables to meet your meeting, workshop, or event needs.
The Museum Conference Room is available for rent Tuesday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00PM
